‘Contact with agent in London’ – Chelsea reignite move for world- class defender

 

Chelsea are on absolute mad one so far this window, continuing to be linked with making some very big moves for some world-class players.

Yesterday went crazy, with interest in Leeds United winger Raphinha quickly turning to the clubs agreeing a fee in the space of just a few hours.

Then we have been hearing names like Matthijs De Ligt and Milan Skriniar for the defensive target list. But now, we are hearing about another world-class defender who Chelsea have been linked with many times before, including again earlier in this window.

But according to Gianluca Di Marzio , Chelsea have reignited their interest in signing Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, with his agent in London right now in contact with Chelsea officials.

Di Marzio says that the high prices for De Lige and Skriniar have forced Chelsea to enquire for information about Koulibaly, as his price will be lower due to the fact the Napoli player has one year left on his contract.
